The entire staff was friendly, very reassuring, and understanding. And they treat you more like family, rather than just a customer. Considering that it is the holidays, not only did I leave with a set of brand new tires + warranty, but I also left with a goodie box of products to maintain the quality of my car and tires as well! “Updated Review from second appointment for wheel installation on 4/27/26 and 4/28/26:
I ordered 4 Voxx Cotto wheels from the website and they were shipped to this store. They arrived one day in advance, and Arlando called me and told me I could come in early and get it taken care of. I arrived and was promptly greeted by him with courtesy and my wheels were installed within about 35 minutes from arrival. These wheels were installed on a Volkswagen Jetta which requires hub-centric rings. These were not installed. I realized this this following morning while driving on the highway at speeds of 65-70MPH, where extreme vibration and steering wheel shaking occurred. I knew right away they had not installed the rings.
I called around 9AM on 4/28 and was told to come in whenever and get it taken care of. I simply wanted reassurance to verify if I was correct or if there was a major balancing issue.
Daniel, the store manager, greeted me quickly and walked me out and had me park the car into the bay. Sure enough, he removed the front left wheel and there was no hub-centric ring installed. All others were removed and no rings at all were installed. Daniel took awesome care of me, personally balanced all wheels and installed the hub-centric rings like I wanted. He also noticed an issue on one of the tires and quickly patched it.
Daniel is a hero in this story this time, and I genuinely appreciate him and the care he took to rectify a situation that should not have happened in the first place.
The bay crew really need to take more care and time into verifying the proper accessories for some wheels and cars are installed properly, as this could have been a major safety hazard for someone on the road.
If you're getting wheels installed, do your research and verify if your vehicle and the wheels need hub-centric rings and make sure they are installed when you get your wheels installed.
Not everyone will be as good as Daniel, but I truly hope Daniel speaks to his crew and just gets them on the same page with a little bit more education and care for customers like he does.

I purchased 4 new tires from TireRack.com, which were shipped to this location and had an appointment scheduled for installation. I arrived and parked, walked inside and was greeted promptly. Gave my information, waited a short moment as they were having some trouble pulling up my order. After my order was pulled up, I sat and waited about 30 minutes when my appointment was completed - Almost exactly on time of the estimated time according to the tracker. I walked out front and was greeted with my key. Upon inspecting the new tires, I noticed multiple scuffs and scraps on my rims, which were not there beforehand. I was also not given back my tire caps which were not stock caps. I’m a little disappointed in the lack of care given to my rims, as there is no reason for damage unless there is faulty equipment being used, as well as not keeping track of tire caps, which were clearly not stock. Small complaints, but still. If you care about your wheels or have custom tire caps, take them off prior and inspect on site before and after with photos. Overall a positive experience, but this team definitely needs to improve on taken care of customers equipment and not cause damage.”

When I asked what he torque my luggage nuts at he said 150 ft lbs. Mine requires 100 ft. lbs. So he over torque them. The redid them and documentation was placed in my file.”
