The entire staff was friendly, very reassuring, and understanding. And they treat you more like family, rather than just a customer. Considering that it is the holidays, not only did I leave with a set of brand new tires + warranty, but I also left with a goodie box of products to maintain the quality of my car and tires as well! “10/10 This shop does really great work! Took my semi to multiple shops and Allende Alignment was the only shop to find what was wrong! My truck had multiple issues that was causing a shake in my steering wheel. Thanks to Alex informational videos I was able to find this shop and get a good diagnosis on what the issue was. They have the rights tool to check for a worn suspension, Allignment, out of round tires and vibrations. Marco (the manager) and his team provided great customer service, clear communication and very fair pricing. Definitely would recommend anyone to take their semi to this shop!”

“Service is always on point. Technicians need to start wearing their safety equipment and pay attention to torque specs.
When I asked what he torque my luggage nuts at he said 150 ft lbs. Mine requires 100 ft. lbs. So he over torque them. The redid them and documentation was placed in my file.”
