They gave me an estimate on my job immediately via text, helped me schedule a time that worked for me, and when the technician arrived he didn’t try to upsell me on other “necessary” needs for my vehicle. My technician was Joseph and he was friendly, thorough in checking both front and rear brakes for wear, and replaced the rear brake pads in about 30 mins. Overall experience was fantastic. Streamlined, easy, zero headache. Would definitely use them again.”

Often, seeing unanimous 5 stars from a lot of reviewers makes me question the veracity of the reviews but having worked with them myself made me see that their reputation is well deserved.
Ewing Automotive offers timely service in a honest and fair prices. They adhere to the timeline they state and are courteous but matter of factly. Addtionally, they do great work that leaves even very particular people satisfied. The customer service is nothing I've ever known. They promptly answer the phone or call you back if they miss your call and exceptionally, they even offer rides back and forth the shop! Never in my years have I worked with an automotive shop that actually thought about the customer's needs in such a manner!
I highly recommend Ewing for all and any automotive needs!”

“I brought my Model 3 in after it was hit on the rear left side, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. They kept me updated with text messages every time progress was made, which I haven’t seen from any other shop, and they were quick to answer calls and texts. They charged the car for me and even detailed it, and when I picked it up it looked better than before it got hit. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. “Where to begin. Last week I was driving on the highway and my transmission line had busted and I was at a stand still. I got towed to M$C Sandoval Tire and Muffler @ 3566 Fredericksburg rd. They had the hoses replaced and transmission refilled with fluid and luckily for me I didn’t damage anything and it was good to go. My 2010 Armada was back in action. I knew I was needing some suspension work done as well and I dropped it off this morning 6/9/26 for struts, control arms, tie rods, sway bars. In and out same day service and the labor price was more than good. It was Amazing. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive repairs.”
