“There were two registers and so I thought there was two lines. I was told by a manager to get in the other line because there's only one line. I waited and waited and waited for the person in front of me to be done at the register and then somebody walked up to the other register where I was before and got checked out immediately instead of telling them there was one line. Their rules apply to some but not everybody. There needs to be signs that say "form one line" or something like that. Not a big deal but still make it so it wasn't a 5 star experience.”

They let me know they would be closing soon, however Efrain, went out of his way to accommodate us and streamlined the process of getting more order in without making it feel rushed.

“Literally my absolutely favorite candles!!! The scents are beyond amazing!!! I bought my first Rustic Swank candle in Fredericksburg 2 years ago and it still makes my entire room smell heavenly. We got to visit the store on our trip to Gruene and was so incredibly impressed with all of the beautiful, unique candles and so much more. Bluebonnet Festival is my favorite scent ever!! We bought two more pieces and they didn't have many more of the bf or any melts or replacement sets in that scent but.....they told me they had some that were ready to be wrapped and put out in the next day or so. I also bought about a dozen and half other scents to try!! I thought I would just order more online but my husband knew how much I loved these candles so we called, found out they had everything I wanted in stock and we took a trip back!! Ruth is the nicest person ever!! So helpful and kind!! She asked about our trip and gave us some great recommendations of where to eat both in Gruene and on our next stop in Port Aransas!!”

“Charming, delightful small town furniture store but with unlimited possibilities to customize the chair or sofa of your dreams! I didnt know these customizable options existed. I used to shop at Ashleys but never again. Why? This store offers personality for your home! Unique choices on display everywhere in this jewel that I found! Customer service was just right, helpful but not pushy. One drawback is the cost. You will pay probably twice as much as a generic furniture store but its worth it to have something that you will never regret adding to your home. Get ready for the compliments.”

“Our King Split mattresses needed to be updated. The ones we had were 18 years old. They gave us many excellent nights of sleep. My side was still fine but my husband’s side was starting to sag! Our adjustable bases are still working; no need to replace. I called the Selma Store and both Thomas and Anthony were fantastic in helping us over the phone for our purchases. “First going in was greeted & she said they don't work on commission, prices not high. They have a playroom for kids for 2hrs also have a drink/food lounge. The place we'll clean. Went to look at new sofa & recliner & bought one ( pic on here). Oh soda & coffee free but if you buy stuff they credit your food/drink so get free. Will be going back in the future...”
