“Louise, Matt and their team are amazing! They found over $700 in forgetting gift cards and some cash. They handed it to me in a ziplock bag! Who does that? Our estate was OVERWHELMING! 1 house, 2 cabins and enormous barn. Just the clean out was amazing! They actually bring tool kits and fix things so you get top dollar. They’re staging with incredible. The most valuable thing is that they are extremely down to earth kind people. No one on the team ever made me feel like how could years of this get out of hand. “I have been trying to get my engagement ring resized for a while and was told by other Jewelry stores that there was nothing I could do because of the diamonds on the band. That all changed when I visited Palazzo Jewelry and Gifts! Mr. Hugo was the sweetest man! When I took my ring in and asked what he could do, he said he could add two beads to the inside of the band and even offered to polish it free of charge. The service was incredibly quick (just 30 minutes), and my ring fits perfectly now! Mr. Hugo also mentioned that I can bring it back anytime if I ever need the size changed. I am so happy to finally be able to wear my beautiful ring comfortably. I definitely recommend Palazzo Jewelry and Gifts to anyone in need of jewelry work!”

Only downfall is there is a lack of XL clothing, I am someone who is between a Large and an XL, or just an XL, and I have a hard time finding anything that would fit me in this store. “I made a purchase that had to be shipped to a FFL location. When ordering, I wanted to find a location that keeps my money in the Schertz community. I try and support local business as much as possible. After ordering, my item arrived in two days. River City Pawn promptly called me and let me know I had a pickup waiting.
