When I took my ring in and asked what he could do, he said he could add two beads to the inside of the band and even offered to polish it free of charge. “Amazing experience, I have had the same necklace for YEARS and occasionally the clasp will give out and I have to go get it exchanged. In the past I have been treated very poorly at other stores stating that I “over wear” my necklace. This go round Christina was an absolute delight she heard my problems understood and agreed it’s regular wear and tear on a necklace that gets worn daily and even went as far as to put a bigger clasp on so it hopefully lasts a little longer this time! “This is usually my go to location, been coming here since they opened. never had much of an issue besides some employees coming off a bit rude but never took it to heart. However today i went to pick up my jewelry (that was only dropped off for cleaning), i’m aware they closed at 6 however thats when i get off work , i got off as early as possible at got to the store right at 5:59.
they let the lady right in front of me go in and the second i reached for the door the associate locked it and shook her hands to tell me no. I thought since i was just trying to pick up my jewelry and not shop that it’d be okay. It’s not so much that they had to close
(i understand closing on time) i don’t understand how they let the lady directly in front of me walk in with not even the bat of an eye, but couldn’t even bother asking what i was there for.”
