“Love this place! First impression is the parking lot. Although it is small, it's clean and somehow you'll always find a spot.
There's plenty of machines here and a variety of sizes. There's the standard size machine all the way to huge capacity ones that will wash your big blankets and sheets. Same for the dryers. Or you can throw many loads into one of those big ones.
This place smells nice when you walk in the doors and everything is clean. There's a little area for the kids and a vending machine/coffee station as well for everyone to enjoy. They also offer wash and fold services for reasonable prices.”

“The laundromat was clean and the young lady who helped me was super nice, the reason for the high rating! However, there was a customer playing music videos very loudly, even with several washing machines going. Could not even concentrate on the book I took to read. A sign by management saying "please use headphones or keep phones at considerate volume in both English and Spanish would have been much appreciated. I just went to stand and read in dryer section (could still hear the loud music). ?”

“I can't begin to tell you how AMAZING the owner of Hill Country Cleaners is. My husband and I both misunderstand what the girl at the counter had told us ....thinking, the dress we dropped off for Homecoming on Friday, would be ready Saturday at 4pm. They close at 2pm and I panicked, cried and went to Facebook for help. I was given the contact info for the owner and he graciosuly met me and retrieved the dress!!! I will NEVER go to any other cleaner in NB!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things RIGHT!!! THANK YOU IAN!!!!!!”

“This Clearner does a really great job. White comes back white ,but they're really expensive. I had a two-piece suit, 17.99 two white dresses, one was 24.99, and the other one was 26.99. I walked out the cleaner, paying over 75.00 dollars, and that's with a military 10% discount. For 4 pieces, I paid almost 100.00. Apparently, the owners haven't heard that sometimes you can price yourselves completely out of business. Getting these pieces done 3 × would result in paying more to clean them than what they're worth!!!”
“No frills 24/7 self-service laundry. Several large washers, decent dryers, and a (sometimes) not totally disgusting public restroom. $5 for a 5 Load washer. $1.75 to start dryer. About another $0.75 to actually dry everything.”

Due to a plumbing issue that took a while to resolve, being a family of 5, our laundry quickly piled up. Thankfully, we found Karen with Cibolo Suds, and she was an absolute lifesaver! She took care of about 15 or 20 loads of laundry within just three or four days, even delivering the laundry as she completed it. Karen is super friendly, very polite, and handled our clothes with great care. Everything came back spotless, smelling fresh, and neatly folded. Such an amazing service! We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend Cibolo Suds. Thank you so much, Karen!”
