It didn’t go well. It’s a long story. I left a negative review on Google. 1-2 days later I received a phone call from Cellaris and they offered to make it right. They did a great job and made things right and took care of every problem to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you Alex.”

As a Verizon customer, I stopped by with my new phone to see if anything can be done. Trent helped me to set everything up quickly and did a complete transfer. “The staff is friendly and helpful. Switched 5 lines and received help from Justin, Andrea, Gerald, Vanessa, and Rene. Why was I assisted by so many? We had an issue with one of the lines on a phone we brought with us as we owned it. After numerous attempts to get phone calls to be received as well as outgoing calls to connect, a solution was discovered. Andrea and Justin had a never give up mind set and made it work. I recommend Rene, Andrea, and Gerald. Justin and Vanessa are managers so ask for them if a challenge comes up.”
