“Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!”

“This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.”

“Not the best customer service, but hell, this isn’t a restaurant. These guys work outdoors and it’s hard physical work all day. Summers are probably difficult for them. They changed my oil, got my car inspected and I was on my way very quickly. This location on Toepperwein always kicks ass and gets it done.”

“Less than $50 (including tax) for an oil change?!?!!! IT'S TRUE!!! This is not a gimmick, folks! I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and paid less than $50 for an oil change. They also cleaned my windshield and checked my tire pressure! I will definitely be going back! And you should go there too! ?”
“Was in and out quickly. Was informed about different the different potential oil products offered and filter brands for future oil changes, not just penzoil products. No pushy upcharge services sales pitch tactics either.”

I trusted them to change my brake pads and they did a phenomenal job. Even called me afterwards to tell me about some other things they noticed under the hood so I could take care of it myself. “I've been coming here for a few years now and I love them. Everyone is so nice knowledgeable and I've never had a negative experience. Today I got my oil changed after fixing a leak. I had a lot of oil on the undercarriage from the leak and they were so kind as to clean it all off for me and check that the repair was good. “Connor and Tyler yield exceptional customer service in a timely manner. They fixed an array of issues I was having when I previously paid a 5 star reviewed mechanic to fix them which was not done.
Connor and Tyler fixed the issues in my car and did it with a smile.
Not all Jiffy Lubes are the same and I will travel from afar just to have these men work on my suv.

“Andy and the Mechanic behind the Little Cesar’s is a LIFE SAVER! Jiffy Lube tried charging us $1,200 for a “12 hour job” that Andy charged us $185 & immediately started up work. He explained everything that was needed, wrong & helped in such an amazing way. Jiffy lube was unprofessional & lied to us about what was wrong just to jack up our prices because we’re women.”
“Friendly front desk service and I had my car in and out of the shop within 3 days. The gave me an estimate over the phone and the price was about 40 dollars cheaper then initially expected. I highly recommend this location to people needing maintenance done on their vehicles.”

“Just had my oil changed. I went during the day knowing they probably wouldn't be busy. I was right. Had to wait for them to finish the car already in the bay, but even including that wait, 20 minutes in and out. Highly recommend. Just know it's probably busier on Saturdays.”
