“I went here because it was the closest place to get an oil change, I'm usually a Valvoline girl, but they did such a good job. I pulled in, the men that helped me were very polite and patient, he offered me the best deal, didn't try to up-sell anything or pressure me. They got me in and out of there so fast and did a whole check plus the oil change! It was only about $40 when I'll spend close to $60-80 anywhere else! The man called me by name and wished me a great day! I will be going here again. Don't be fooled by how iffy the building looks!!”

“Went for a state inspection. Pro tip: Make sure your insurance card has expiration date on it. First come first serve - there was a couple people waiting in line in front of me, but they were handing out cold water bottles which was nice of them. The staff was overall very friendly. Stayed in my car the whole time.Cost was $7”

“I have an old car (1990) with over 180,000 miles. Victory Lane Automotive has been taking care of my vehicle for almost two years. The mechanics provided top-notch service and completed a thorough vehicle inspection. They found major issues that needed immediate attention to make my car run smoothly. Matt, Janell and Tasha always kept in touch with me through professional and courteous communication. I have lived in four states in 20 years, and this shop was able to fix everything that needed to be done from the suspension, timing belt, distributor, alternator, starter, gear box, and fuel sensors to that pesky 3rd brake light that had not worked for YEARS: They fixed my brake light, something that other auto shops didn't even want to complete. This shop goes beyond excellence in customer service. The loaner vehicle option is a lifesaver and allows me to take care of my appointments during the week, and the courtesy shuttle is efficient. “I have to say that I am very satisfied with the work on my vehicle. My car was out of commission for about a month. Needed some work done with the Radiator, AC, Tune Up, Oil Change and little extra. Every other shop in NB were out a few weeks due to cars being ahead of me. 4J was just about as busy but they were able to take care of my situation in 3 days!! “Every time I've been here the staff have been friendly, helpful, and prompt in their service. I want to highlight Preston in particular, for my most recent visit. I took my car in to see what service it needed, and he helped get me an estimate, and began working on it as soon as possible. It ended up taking longer than the quoted time due to unforeseen circumstances, but he kept me in the loop and got the work done for me the next day, earlier than anticipated, while being friendly and professional.”

“I came in for an oil change, and not only was service quick and done well, the rep came to my window to confirm what I wanted before getting started. He then priced it and confirmed it before proceeding with the oil change. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. As a female, many times I get told bad information by people who assume I don't know anything about cars--that has never happened here. I have never been surprised by cost or "did you know x was wrong with your car?" predatory tactics. 10/10 service”

“I have used EVERGREEN Lube Shop for the last 15 years for oil changes, brake repairs/replacements, A/C, cooling system, belt replacement, engine flush, and most recently State Inspection for both of my cars. My mom discovered the shop when we moved into the community some 20 years ago – she won’t go to any other shop for her car care needs. They treat her with respect and always give her a fair price. “The crew is always very nice and efficient. This time, however, they jumped the gun a bit. After draining my oil, they realized they did not have any conventional oil to refill the truck. My only options were to wait several hours for them to go purchase some conventional oil or upgrade to a more expensive oil ($27 more each oil change). Because I could not wait, I had to accept the more expensive product which I will have to continue to purchase as it is my understanding that once the upgraded product us in the system, it is unadvisable to revert back. The crew should double check their inventory before draining the existing oil.”

“Fast, friendly, honest, fairly priced. I came in today to get a vehicle inspection and oil change. I was directed to a bay by a friendly man with a big smile. It happened to be the owner. My first impression was one of cleanliness. Everything was clean, in order, and the maintenance bay looked immaculate. The staff does not receive commissions for upselling things they recommend…like changing a cabin air filter…so they bring the filter to you to show you and let you make a pressure-free decision. I really like that. As I was in the waiting room, the owner came by and checked on the waiting patrons several times, asking if they’d like coffee, water, or light snacks. Not common for any of the oil change places I’ve been to before! Maybe like you, I’ve seen my share of oil change businesses and have had some okay experiences and some downright bad ones. But this one is the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you stop by.”
