This was my first time using Walmart automotive because my boyfriend convinced me to do so and because of the outstanding work they did from here on out I’m only using Walmart for my auto needs. “Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.”
“Tommy was very helpful! I gained a deeper understanding of what oil should be going into my car and the ways I can extend the life of my car. These guys of course will make recommendations but will not pressure you into purchasing anything extra, and even then everything offered is very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and kind people!”

“Victory Lane Automotive is truly a family owned and operated business. Anthony and Ramon were amazing at getting the answers I needed and waiting there for my husband to come pick me up. They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). They got my car on the schedule fast and even asked for the best times to contact me so they wouldn’t interrupt me teaching in class. It’s always an amazing experience here!”

“This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.”

“Connor and Tyler yield exceptional customer service in a timely manner. They fixed an array of issues I was having when I previously paid a 5 star reviewed mechanic to fix them which was not done.
Connor and Tyler fixed the issues in my car and did it with a smile.
Not all Jiffy Lubes are the same and I will travel from afar just to have these men work on my suv.

I took my first car to them (1999 Toyota Camry ) then I brought them my 2017 Camry , and now they service my 2015 tundra and my 2020 Corolla . excellent service , Chris has always been a chill and professional technician for all my vehicles . He also services my grandpas 2012 ford f150 and my moms 2016 Nissan Altima . nothing but positive things to say about this place ! “Just had my oil changed. I went during the day knowing they probably wouldn't be busy. I was right. Had to wait for them to finish the car already in the bay, but even including that wait, 20 minutes in and out. Highly recommend. Just know it's probably busier on Saturdays.”

“I am so grateful for this Auto Care Center. I have been coming to this Walmart's Auto Care for years. They always get my oil change in a timely manner. Last week, I made the wrong choice, and I opted to go to a closer Walmart instead of this one, and over there, they were unprofessional and said they were unable to help me. So I decided to come back to this Walmart on FM 78 because I knew I could count on them! And they delivered as usual! Great service.
Special shout-out to Antonio, who took care of my car and answered all my questions; he was kind and professional the whole time.
And second shout-out to Jack(? I think that's his name - Service Manager). He was very patient on answering my questions when I called and once I got to the store.

“Good Customer Service, Relatively fast appointment (about an hour and a half), Easy App was able to reschedule and select whatever time worked best for me, Road Hazard Protection included with Walmart+, Only negative thing is that they overfilled my tires at 40 when they were supposed to be at 32 so may want to keep an eye on that.”
