“By far the best BMW mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with Pedro and his wife went astronomically above and beyond. Friendly, fair and the work is best of quality. If you are looking to have your German car brand worked on I HIGHLY! Recommend German Motor Werks.”

“Took a used car I bought in for a major oil leak and diagnostics. Carlos was really friendly and completely transparent about all issues with car. Completely. It was more than I could afford this week, but next week I'm taking it back to get repaired. Sometimes you just know when you're at the right place.”

“I would recommend STR to anyone and everyone. I've been going to Garren for years and his whole team is amazing. They are always willing and able to answer phone calls, they don't charge for diagnostics, they give you options based on your needs and price range, they are HONEST and don't price gouge, and they're just really stand up guys. It is a small shop so yes, there is a wait time on turn around, but I would take that ANY DAY over one of these big shops that upcharge every single thing. Highly recommend! -Jennifer B.”

“I recently found a receipt from this place and had forgotten that I had my car inspected for $9. I was so happy to find an auto shop that was not taking advantage of people and charging $25 and up for inspections, as is the official inspection station in universal City. Will definitely do business here again. The service was expedient and professional, the people who work here were friendly.”

“The team at Cibolo Firestone is professional and thorough. They quickly diagnosed my vehicle, provided a reasonable estimate for the required repairs, worked hard to get me as many discounts as possible, and repaired my vehicle quickly. This is the second time I've used this location for my repairs, and they have always completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any wheel repairs.”

“Stopped by early morning as a walk in and was told my oil change was going to be completed within 2 hours. Employees were honest and efficient and deserve a raise. This was my first time using Walmart automotive because my boyfriend convinced me to do so and because of the outstanding work they did from here on out I’m only using Walmart for my auto needs. Thank you technician Juan.Service: Oil change”
