“I’ve been going to Pup Country/Happy Trims for a little over a year and never leave unsatisfied. They treat my baby so well! He gets anxious with grooming appointments but they’re so patient here. They call me with updates and my shih tzu always leaves smelling good and a perfect clean cut. They’re very flexible here as well, I accidentally brought my dog in for his appointment a week early, they said it’s okay and still took him in!! ? My dog also does better with male groomers, one day they called and said he was having a hard time so they switched him to the male groomer and he did much better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these kind groomers!!!!!! Thanks Happy Trims!!”

“Service was great. I found things for my pets that I didn't know existed. For instance, almost yard Lang skinny chewy sticks for my dogs and raw hide type treats for my cats. The also carry great wild bird seed. It was all reasonably priced. Well, worth the trip out there”
“We had bought stuff for fleas over a year ago and about due for more but let me tell you the stuff here it works!! We were recommended by a friend. We bough all the dogs their own bottle and plus the spray for the yard no issues all year long. Definitely recommend to anyone!”

“We went in to get some feed for a hog we are getting. The guy in there was so nice and very helpful. He let is pick his brain on feed, pen, water, heat, and a handful of other questions we had. Although the line at the counter was getting long, he never left our questions unanswered. While paying, we asked about gates for the pig. He walked us out back and showed us what he had. To all the guys that helped load our 1500 lbs of feed into our daughters car, you were very friendly. I left here thinking how fun this place would be to work there based on the friendliness of all.

“bought two parakeets from her today and she was the best. there was many birds to choose from and i got two beautiful yellow and green birds which you can tell are very healthy and well taken care of. she was very sweet, met me very fast, and even filed their nails for me. very much recommend buying from her and the price was great.”

“I wanted to thank the Store Manager Hector, Asst. Manager Mark and associate Catlyn for trying to help us through a difficult situation. If you purchase a service online from another city and you need to refund the service like (Dog Training) PetSmart will try and make you go into the store for the refund even if it was an online purchase or your 5 miles away one way. We were instructed to go into out Local store where the Manager and assistant Manager were rude, difficult and refused to assist. We've been passed around from online departments to service ro corporate and the problem has not been resolved. I don't fault the store and the associates listed about have been great. I would not recommend purchasing an online service in another city as a gift to avoid this headache and ridiculous protocol.”
