“As first time puppy owners with a high-energy puppy, there were a lot of things we didn't know. Tia B. was an invaluable resource in getting both owner and pup on the same track! She worked to help us practice positive reinforcement. We did the 6 week group session of Fundamentals training. We learned basic commands, and we were taught better ways to deal with my pup's crazy energy that used to come out in lots of barking/ jumping/nipping/attention-seeking as well as how to help teach him impulse-control. We've noticed a difference in his behavior and overall demeanor in public and it's all thanks to Tia B. from Petco!”

“I just wanted to share a few words about my visit to your store today. I arrived at around 3 pm and went through the entrance where I was greeted by James and welcomed to Tractor Supply. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for Hog Panels. James replied that they were outside and offered his assistance. He rang up my sale right there in the yard and once done with that he opened the gate so that I could drive my truck in. I asked him if it was OK for me to cut the 3 panels down to 8' panels since I did not have a trailer. He replied yes and even though I had my bolt cutters with me, he grabbed his cutters and helped me out! He helped me load the panels and opened the exit gate for me to leave. I was there honestly just 18 minutes! What great customer service and a totally awesome shopping experience!! Thank you, James!! And thank you, Tractor Supply for having James on your team!”
