“I came in this morning and the pharmacy was super busy. I decided to come back this afternoon to pick up the script. I overheard the pharmacist telling a customer they’re understaffed and very busy, so I completely understand the wait and was happy to come back when I got the text that my daughter’s script was ready. Donald was working the drive thru and the counter. He finished helping everyone as quickly and efficiently as he could. He was very helpful and professional even with it being so busy and got me out the door with everything I needed quickly. I appreciate the great customer service!!!”
