“I have not had a bad experience with this pharmacy. If anything they go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescription(s) promptly. They can mail them out to you if you can't pick them up, they can also put them in a handy container that organizes them for you so you don't forget to take your meds and it helps you keep your meds protected from being lost or stolen. Ethan, has been great. He's fairly new pharmacist but he is amazing and Genoa should be grateful to have him on their staff. He's patient with all of the patients that come by to pick up medication, and not all are so understanding. But, he makes sure they leave calm and understanding why certain
medication has to be picked up at a specific time, not any earlier. I appreciate his patience when not too many people would have handled the lengthy misunderstanding about specific meds. Anyway, the staff is especially wonderful. They are always kind and welcoming. Willing to help, and knowledgeable, and I not there are not afraid to ask for the answer. They work hard to get my medications ready and they call me to ask if I need my refills, like said amazing pharmacy. Costs are within my low-income range. There nothing bad to say.”
“The pharmacy staff at this HEB (46w in New Braunfels) are the absolute BEST & most PROFESSIONAL, knowledgeable, patient, considerate & competent women & men I have ever had the pleasure of working with (as a monthly, regular, “high” volume customer for 8 years to date). From the pharmacist to the outstanding women & men working the hectic drive thru, phones, in store lines, & dealing with insurance companies, everyone is polite & competent…it’s refreshing in an era of AI nonsense & automated garbage to have humans who are expertly trained & customer service oriented! I fired WalG 20 yrs ago for their pharmacists (plural) “trying” to be or incorrectly “thinking” they were MDs, same w/CxS that made it 6 more yrs than Walgreens, until some clown pharmacist tried to tell me to take less Medication than my MD prescribed, so I fired them. HEB “fills prescriptions” & are experts at running insurance & getting pre authorizations, NOT trying to be “pill police” like those companies I mentioned. And their notification system is far better than any other, highly recommend!”

“This is a great pharmacy! It is a family-owned business, and certainly has that feeling. When one of my prescriptions was a little too pricey, they offered a generic which worked just as well. Then I mistakenly ordered extra medication when actually I didn't need it, and they worked with me to resolve the problem. They truly have a personal touch, and that sets them apart.”

I’ve never had an issue with getting my medication, they text me if they’re out of one of them and they usually have it in by the next business day. They always text and let me know when they have my prescriptions in.”

“Since I moved to Texas last year, I have nothing but praise for the business community here in New Braunfels. This is especially true for Centerwell Pharmacy. While they are not as big as Walgreens or CVS, and don’t have extended business hours, they more than make up for it with their great customer service.
The other day when I went to pick up my prescription, I received a much larger bill than expected. Desiree took the time to discuss my pricing options to make sure that I was being given what was the most affordable price for me. Desiree made me feel like she truly cared about me and the clients she serves. She offers great customer service and a great smile to go with it.”

“It was a great experience to go to Walgreens on Thanksgiving day to buy Thanksgiving essential items and to find it open plus to find our essential Thanksgiving items available. I do feel bad that the staff were there that morning :/ and I guess people like me are the problem but if the employees actually want to be there .. why not? Plus extra pay for them right? So I purchased ice cream, whip cream and white wine. Smooth transaction and everyone happy. They do have a new rewards system which I find odd because they are already had one in place but okay. Walgreens has anything you may need on the go, from over the counter meds, frames, gifts, beauty items, office items, some home fridge essentials, greeting cards, etc.. its quite something. I love it!”
“Twice, this location has gone above and beyond for the people in line with me and for me. Like every other pharmacy they are swamped with people asking about the Covid injection and now the repercussions of Snovid. Without me asking, the CVS technician told me that I could save $100 on my prescription if I went to "such and such" pharmacy in town. Pretty dang nice and virtually unheard of in this day and time. “I love my neighborhood CVS pharmacy! The entire staff is wonderful but I’d especially like to acknowledge Lex and the adorable pharmacist with the UT glasses who wears her beautiful silver hair in a ponytail. They both have gone above and beyond to help me and my family with insurance issues by making calls on our behalf or helping locate a coupon when a Rx price was astronomical. I used to drive across town to another pharmacy after a negative experience at this CVS several years ago but returned when I had a sick kiddo and was in a pinch. Due to the efficiency, helpfulness, care, knowledge, and overall positive experience I stayed. All of these folks deserve a raise!”

“The only reason this place does not get 5 stars is that it may take a while to get waited on inside the store. It's evident that the drive through gets priority while the inside patrons need to wait! Other than that, prices are good, and your medications are ready when they tell you that they are. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer your questions. And for those that don't know, if your medications are priced highly, try downloading the Goodrx app. This walgreens does accept it!”
