“Just shopped at this store. Is it possible when opening a new cash register lane to relieve the long lines, to give priority to customers that have been waiting the longest? Instead of the last person that got in line. I spent almost an hour between waiting in line and finally deciding to check out on my own. Very exhausting experience for me since I am a senior and disabled. I left this store at 2:53 pm.”
“No pharmacy is perfect. There are times when prescriptions take longer than we would like, but with their text notifications, I never go to the store and have to be told that my prescription is not ready yet. I love the way they will contact my doctor when my prescription has no more refills. This is one less phone call and hassle for me.I am a cash customer. At the counter, they will look to see who has the best coupon for my medication. Spoiler, it’s not always Good RX.As far as I’m concerned, the people behind the pharmacy counter work harder than any other employees at H-E-B. They deserve a little leeway for not being super charismatic when there’s a line and people are waiting.”

“This is a great pharmacy! It is a family-owned business, and certainly has that feeling. When one of my prescriptions was a little too pricey, they offered a generic which worked just as well. Then I mistakenly ordered extra medication when actually I didn't need it, and they worked with me to resolve the problem. They truly have a personal touch, and that sets them apart.”

“It was a great experience to go to Walgreens on Thanksgiving day to buy Thanksgiving essential items and to find it open plus to find our essential Thanksgiving items available. I do feel bad that the staff were there that morning :/ and I guess people like me are the problem but if the employees actually want to be there .. why not? Plus extra pay for them right? So I purchased ice cream, whip cream and white wine. Smooth transaction and everyone happy. They do have a new rewards system which I find odd because they are already had one in place but okay. Walgreens has anything you may need on the go, from over the counter meds, frames, gifts, beauty items, office items, some home fridge essentials, greeting cards, etc.. its quite something. I love it!”
“This HEB Pharmacy location is fantastic. They provide excellent customer service, have a double drive thru in case you don't want to go inside, and surprisingly they're able to really herd the cattle through quickly- this location serves probably half of New Braunfels! So, don't be afraid when the drive thru lines are backed up or the inside line wraps around the isles- they move quickly, without mistake, and still manage to not pass out! If you have any questions or concerns about medications, even OTC, any of their Pharmacists are happy to help- and they take the time to make sure you're comfortable before they walk off. Overall, I pray I don't ever need to use another Pharmacy. Unfortunately I have multiple prescriptions a month and then occasionally one time prescriptions for sick kids. I haven't had to stress one time if my medication would be in stock, if they would be able to make the refill request, or if they'd have to transfer a prescription out (which then becomes a nightmare). Hats off to all those who work behind this HEB Pharmacy's counters!”

“I wanted to leave a review for this particular location. The pharmacy is super efficient and well run. The Girls in the pharmacy went above and beyond their job duties a few days ago. I was having issues filling a prescription at H‑E‑B on fm 306. I had to call the urgent care to have them send it over to the CVS instead. I was quite emotional as my daughter had been very sick and I'm 7 months pregnant. Over the phone the sweet girl reassured they would have everything done as quickly as possible. They had it filled within 5 mins of my arrival. And they even made sure to make me laugh and smile on a day filled with tears. I wanted to let them know they made a dark day for me very bright. I have a receipt at home with one of the ladies names but didn't get to get the other girls name. Hoping their manager sees this! I will update when I get home.”

“This Walgreens is the pharmacy I use most often. The pharmacy has a drive up window and a full service counter inside the store. They offer various vaccinations, including flu, RSV, COVID-19 and others. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.”
“I could see how tiring it is to work in a pharmacy during flu seasons, I can see it in everybody’s eyes. However, Jorge, this young man is very professional. He is very well educated and respectful to all patients I see him help! Anytime that I have a problem I always come back and find this young man! He always fixes my issues, making me a happy patient! “I love this walgreens! The pharmacy staff is extremely competent and always makes sure I completely understand what's going on. They communicate what's happening on their end so well, better than other pharmacies I've been to. I went to fill a prescription post-partum, and my doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy, but this store took care of me and my fiancé so quickly and with nothing but kindness. Sandra is the best pharmacist I've ever experienced; she's smart, funny, and speaks spanish!! I live in San Marcos, but I still drive down to this pharmacy because I ONLY trust them with my family's meds.Great team!!”

They actually answer the phones (!!), they are kind and helpful, and fill prescriptions quickly!! I cannot say enough good things about them. If you haven’t tried them recently, give them another shot… you won’t be disappointed!”

Like every other pharmacy they are swamped with people asking about the Covid injection and now the repercussions of Snovid. Without me asking, the CVS technician told me that I could save $100 on my prescription if I went to "such and such" pharmacy in town. Pretty dang nice and virtually unheard of in this day and time. Thank you CVS!”

“The only reason this place does not get 5 stars is that it may take a while to get waited on inside the store. It's evident that the drive through gets priority while the inside patrons need to wait! Other than that, prices are good, and your medications are ready when they tell you that they are. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer your questions. And for those that don't know, if your medications are priced highly, try downloading the Goodrx app. This walgreens does accept it!”
