“I have to say this is one of the most professional cellphone stores that I've been to their customer service is 100 it's hard to find employees that really Reach Out Beyond just what they can do at their job and do more and taking care of their customers while doing their job I go just to the this store because their customer support has always been a great satisfaction for me they work well as a team if one has a question they will reach out to another to make sure that they have the correct answer to fix any problem I have with my phone the patience and understanding fundamentals the employees have at this store are far beyond any cellphone stores that I've been to. it's a great feeling knowing I can come here and fix any problem I'm having with my phone or any question I have all the employees there are great here's a few names on my list I want to add who helpt me out and I rate them 5 ? s Kevin,Prince, Joe, Gerardo,
they've given me nothing but great service and answers to questions I did not know I truly appreciate them both for helping me out and guiding me along the way this is truly the right cellphone store for me”
“Venkat at the Zagg Kiosk in Baybrook Mall is awesome! He knows his phones and his screen protectors. He has put two screens on my new Samsung S24 Ultras perfectly. I highly recommend you visit him and use the Zagg product - you will save money over buying at your cell phone carrier's store, and there is an easy replacement process at Zagg's multiple locations. ?”

“I had a great experience with this place. Recently I casually walked in to look for an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen and I had a small slip up in a dressing room and the screen cracked. Kevin kindly helped me and replaced the screen for free.”

Unfortunately my niece's phone not only had a bad screen, but a crazed back. Samsung requires them to return the phone in out of the box condition only. Or they jeopardize their contract with Samsung. They did not have a white back in the Houston area. I know I called everyone of their locations. It would take a minimum of 5 days to get the part in. So we did the replacement phone with deductible.”

I generally hate the process of anything upgrade or transfer when it comes to phones (I honestly emoted that when I walked into Sams). But must say working with Su was such a pleasure and he got everything set perfectly. This has locked me in to TMobile for the next decade.”
“With my experience with AT&T i came in yesterday for the new iPhone 15 pro max a sales women by the name Crystal helped me find a good deal to get away from Verison service she was super kind and friendly and walked me through the process and I came in today for Wifi and Crystal was helping me again. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the box due to personal issues or else i would’ve! She was really determined to sell it and made good points on the use of the WiFi box I really wish I would’ve gotten it.”

“I go here to pay for my disabled brother's service. The store is ALWAYS clean, and the employees are ALWAYS helpful and nice! They always offer savings that I may be interested in (I'm not), and they are just so helpful! Although I can't really sign my brother up for the discount programs they offer I really do appreciate them trying to help me save him some cash! I've been to other Cricket stores to pay and don't receive anything close to the level of service and professionalism that I get at this store! Congrats to all of you!”

“My grandson was visiting when his phone stopped charging. We stopped in an AT&T store to see if he could fix it. He told us a lot of info. about the phone but confessed he didn't know how to fix it. He gave us the address of an apple store in a local mall.”
