“The staff here are always helpful, and the more I come the more I feel like that they remember me. I was looking for a blue icon light one time that was on a good sale, but the shelf was empty of blue. One of the employees found me one that he had set aside for himself. I really appreciated it.”

“Ask for Mariah!!! Wow what great customer service!!! I kept waiting for Steve and Nathan who said they could help me in 2 minutes after they did some work on their fork lift, but after ten-15 minutes they continued to say they were to busy to take me and my dad to a wood section and answer 1 question. We were on our way out to go to Lowe’s because no one at Home Depot had time to answer my simple question. I heard Nathan say I’m on break i heard another say I’m on break, and then Steve was like I’m working on something else. They didn’t point me in the direction of who i could ask for help on which wood to buy. $1000 order here and no one can help, at least when i saw Mariah as we were leaving. Mariah was super friendly and went to great lengths to help us get all the paint we needed and the lady with her was super helpful about getting the color i wanted. Mariah is awesome. If only all the employees were like Mariah i would do all my shopping here. I’m just a citizen , but I’m remodeling one home
And building another home. I consider myself an important customer maybe I’m wrong I’m not trying to be arrogant. At Home Depot I Can’t get anyone to help me at Home Depot. I even called the store and told them my question and what isle i was on. They said they would send someone but after 20 minutes i gave up and started to leave with my dad my expert lol. That’s when we met Mariah and she made everything better. She deserves a big raise. If Home Depot didn’t have experts like Mariah I’d hate coming into Home Depot. No one around to help me find anything and people who do work here always have an excuse of why they can’t help you. Steve and Nathan 2 thumbs down! Mariah should be the manager and teach Steve and Nathan what customer service is because they don’t have it.”
