Went in for a simple battery change. Lol we were all surprised when the car alarm lights and horn would not shut off after the new battery was installed. After 2 hours of frustration on both parties they were able to successfully get the alarm to stay off and my car now has a new battery! Thank you for working so diligently to get the issue resolved and my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.”
