“I just want to take the time to shout out Matt the personal trainer. I’ve never worked with a personal trainer before & I was extremely nervous coming in. During the consultation I explained to him my fitness goals & thinking about it, it felt unrealistic but the more we went over my plan he explained my goals were very realistic & achievable. This gave me the confidence boost I needed. 🥹 He’s super sweet & very motivating! I feel as if this was a great investment & I look forward to working with him to accomplish my goals!
