Absolutely, the worst customer service. Very lazy, refused to help my 84 y/o father set up his new phone, troubleshoot or solve any issues he was having. There are two women that have been helpful in the past, but the others, not at all! It is as if the hiring manager asked them, do you have a pulse, are you breathing? Yes? Well then you're hired! Same as what Gilroy Fernandes said! The exact same experience my 84 y/o father had! Shame on Verizon! BTW, I was unable to accompany my father as I was at work!

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Verizon store. And I've been with them for a while now.
We went online to add a phone line, upgrade a phone and add a tablet to our existing account, and picked this store to pick up our order. Big mistake. The lady who attended to us had an unprofessional demeanor and piss poor attitude from the get go. She handed us a bag with sealed boxes, and refused to help us set them up or check wether they were working right, telling us that we had to do that at home. She futher refused to transfer data from an existing phone to our new phone stating time constraints. Would not Port our existing number to our new phone saying we had to call 'Customer Service'. So I guess the ones working at the store are just useless mannequins that are NOT INTERESTED in delivering quality service. Everything we inquired about, we were told to call 611. When we explained that we had already sorted our request with Verizon online, and it was them that told us that the store would handle porting our old number to the new phone, she informed us that we would lose all our discounts if she did it. Then refused to call Verizon saying they wouldn't talk to a store associate. Now I don't know corporate policy, but I find that extremely hard to believe. I have gone into Verizon stores where they had been very polite and very courteous and helped us with all our requests, and then there is this one. Lazy and unprofessional. VERIZON !!! CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW ????

Reggie at Verizon in Cleveland is the man you need to see. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Been going to Livingston store but will now only use the Cleveland store and Reggie. Man deserves a raise in my opinion

Never again in this location. My SIL and I came in to find out information on her bill. The customer service made her stand in front of everyone to discuss with her personal business. She is standing with a cane barely out of hospital shaking, but they were too busy at the other tables to offer a chair. Once the CS rep found out we weren't upgrading the phone, her attitude changed. Everything we wanted to know or get done, we were told to call in and get it done at home. I guess they have changed their ability to help at a location based on location. I was going to upgrade a phone, but I will go back to Jackson, MS, for my upgrade.

Had a bit of a time trying to get an issue resolved with a new phone. Eric was very helpful after no one else seemed interested in helping. Issue turned out to be a software issue on the new phone. Thanks, Eric, for being calm and very helpful in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend Eric for your Verizon needs.

Today my husband went into this establishment due to him not able to see anything on the screen of his phone. The young white male ( unknown name) that started helping him was rude as f. My husband is a 63 year old black make that has been with Verizon for 30 years. The salesman kept advising him to use the phone in the store to get text messages sent to his phone to get help. He kept explaining his screen was not working and he was not able to see anything. After dealing with with fool for a while, some nice lady arrived, after her lunch and proceeded to assist him. He was in the area and knew he probably did not have to wait in line like he does when he is in Houston. If he had waited until he got back to Houston or Conroe, he would have been treated with respect. We will never return to this location ever.

The guys that were working really knew their stuff and were more than helpful. They didn't try to rush anything, made sure I knew what I was working with and made the whole buying and changing plans process very easy
