Never again in this location. My SIL and I came in to find out information on her bill. The customer service made her stand in front of everyone to discuss with her personal business. She is standing with a cane barely out of hospital shaking, but they were too busy at the other tables to offer a chair. Once the CS rep found out we weren't upgrading the phone, her attitude changed. Everything we wanted to know or get done, we were told to call in and get it done at home. I guess they have changed their ability to help at a location based on location. I was going to upgrade a phone, but I will go back to Jackson, MS, for my upgrade.

Had a bit of a time trying to get an issue resolved with a new phone. Eric was very helpful after no one else seemed interested in helping. Issue turned out to be a software issue on the new phone. Thanks, Eric, for being calm and very helpful in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend Eric for your Verizon needs.

Today my husband went into this establishment due to him not able to see anything on the screen of his phone. The young white male ( unknown name) that started helping him was rude as f. My husband is a 63 year old black make that has been with Verizon for 30 years. The salesman kept advising him to use the phone in the store to get text messages sent to his phone to get help. He kept explaining his screen was not working and he was not able to see anything. After dealing with with fool for a while, some nice lady arrived, after her lunch and proceeded to assist him. He was in the area and knew he probably did not have to wait in line like he does when he is in Houston. If he had waited until he got back to Houston or Conroe, he would have been treated with respect. We will never return to this location ever.

The guys that were working really knew their stuff and were more than helpful. They didn't try to rush anything, made sure I knew what I was working with and made the whole buying and changing plans process very easy

This location was not good place to go to. The manager Val was rude and didn't want to help in any way after I was told to go there by corporate she did even look up my account to see what was going on and was just about getting even more money from me. I have been with Verizon for 5 years and have never had this kind of experience in the whole 5 years

We were put off by the expense of the phones. They have a large selection of phones. I picked a phone (in stock) and they transferred my info. Very nice people, lots of sales people there.

Came to the Cleveland location and Darren was extremely rude! I asked him if I should go somewhere else and he said if that is what I wanted to do then go rather than fix the issue. I then started talking to a lady and another man and that guy was also rude and the women wasn't much nicer. They wanted to charge me for transfering everything from my old phone to the new phone.. This has never happened before! I see why this location is so empty and they are all standing around worrying about vacation time and time off instead of the customers comingin the store. I will not be coming back here if you want pleasant customer service this probably is where you want to stop.They are all rude and act like you are bothering them the second you open the door. Needless to say I did not get a upgrade and left the store.
