“I’ve been going to Jay’s Automotive for almost 10 years. They are affordable and provide great customer service, even offering customers a ride if you need it. They are one of the few mechanics in El Paso affiliated with AAA, which gets you a 10% discount with your AAA membership. They are fast, reliable, and very responsive. I highly recommend them.”
“Roy and his son Sean are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at an auto repair shop. I’ve been to the BMW dealership several times and never had a proper conversation with any of the service advisors and was to the point of driving to Tucson or Abq for my car services after my most recent visit. At Borderland Euro, Roy listened and made me feel like he cares. They are both extremely knowledgeable about German cars. Sean took care of my X3 and they have earned a customer for life. “Best place in the city to get a vehicle inspected.. Should the vehicle not pass inspection for whatever reason, they have a mechanic on duty!! trustworthy reasonable prices and very honest!!! Highly recommended”
“I was little apprehensive at first due to the shop being a little run down and no laser wheel alignment equipment in sight. There was one car a head of me and was infomed by Mr. Hector it would be about 20 minutes to get my car done. I have taken my vehicle to other big name companies for alignment that use laser wheel alignment and have had to take it back due to it pulling or the steering wheel being off centered. I informed Mr. Hector that the car was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was off centered. He quoted me $45 plus tax for just the front wheel alignment. As my car was placed on the lift and I saw him with a measuring tape I said to my self, we'll there goes $45 down the drain I'll just take it to a name place later. I just didn't want to deal with the waiting and appointments, etc let alone the price of $120. We'll after 20 some minutes the car was done. To my surprise the steering wheel was perfectly in place and the car drove straight like from factory. I underestimate Mr. Hector and his experienced. He knows what his doing and I will definitely will be taking my business there from now on. Great job, quick and professional.”
“The only place I’ll trust with my VW. I’ve gone to other mechanics that always somehow screwed me over. Each time my car needs something they are always the best to fix it ASAP. Most recently I brought my car with the entire engine disassembled, they checked my car made sure all the part were there and rebuilt it for me and now the car is like brand new! If you have a Volkswagen, don’t waste your time with other mechanics. Save yourself the grief and time and go directly to them”
“I am happy to review this shop. Jesus and his crew are very good at what they do. Better than that, my experience has been that they are honest, hard workers and don't take advantage of the customers. I own a jetta that gives me issues consistently. Every other shop I ever took it to, charged me a ridiculous amount of money every single time. Not everyone can fix Volkswagens so my options were limited. This shop is great! They get the job done, they do it quickly, and they charge fairly. Thanks guys! I'm happy to recommend this place.”

“I tried this auto repair center for the 1st time and to my surprise the owner is very good. They worked on my wife's Honda Accord EX car, cutch needed a new one along with master cylinder. Very reasonable on his price. He worked on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 replacing steering gear box & did a complete front-end suspension. If you need repairs on your vehicle give him a try, I was very satisfied with there work.”

“I recently brought in my RV for an oil leak in my Cummins diesel generator. This was covered during the warranty period. The leak was quickly fixed but the technicians noticed an issue with how the generator was running so they did more testing and found a couple of serious issues with the generator and ended up swapping it out for a brand new generator, all under warranty. I can only say that my experience with this group of folks in El Paso exceeded my expectations. During the time it was in the shop, Mario communicated with me regularly regarding the status. Also, I appreciate this group going the extra mile, not just fixing the oil leak, but making sure I had a fully functioning generator. I would not hesitate to go back for service here and highly recommend these good, honest folks to anyone needing service.”
