Catherine from the men’s department was super helpful and took time even when I could tell she was super busy to help me look for the t-shirt! She even offered for me to call back to see if she had found later during her shift. Great customer service ??”

“I liked the prices and a good selection of women's shoes and clothes. But a very minimal amount for men's. Only sizes available were small andediym very few large none Xtra large much the less xxlarge. I have very tall kids and they need the bigger sizes bc of their height. It would.be awesome if I can shop for me and for the men in my life as well.The staff was.....ok. I'll say I feel neutral”

“It has been a while since I visited a Ross store. This one in particular has better customer service. As usual their stores are always disorganized but in this case their shelves, walls and floors were clean. Their jewelry selection was great and affordable. A very nice you man "Joel" helped me in multiple occasions with a great attitude and a big smile! He was working all the departments and still hoped on the register to help the line and wait time decrease. Keep up the good work guys!”
