“The hotel was wonderful and the staff was lovely. The booking process in the phone was not the best you are not connected to the hotel however your call is sent to a call center where you can hardly understand what the reps are saying and the one I spoke with was very rude. However the employees at the hotel made the stay wonderful!!!”

“I think I was lucky in having the Motel 6 as my assigned FEMA motel stay while home repairs done. My first room was quite big with a full size fridge. The 2nd room, which I requested to be changed to downstairs isnt as big and a mini fridge but that was expected as the end of my stay is drawing closer. I wish the pool hadn't been damaged by Hurricane Beryl but we can't control mother nature, thats for sure. I'd like to thank the staff though because all of them were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room cleaning staff is polite, dedicated & quick. The desk staff does it all . One of them loaned me personal electric tire inflator when I walked out to a really low tire one morning. I needed just enough air to make it to the nearest tire store and it did the trick. I was extremely grateful and won't give his name so he's not hit up for the tire pump lol but, always friendly and helped me out a lot. Three other staff guys worked 3 times on my tv and a server problem but, they never gave up and got it working for me. The number of times that I either left room key card inside the room or left it at home in Freeport is ridiculous but, the gentleman that always seemed to be on duty would just smile and shake his head while programming yet another one for me. So kind.
I certainly will be glad to get home but, if I ever need another motel for an extensed stay, it'll hopefully be at the Motel 6 in Clute .”

“Hands down the best stay in Lake Jackson. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. Breakfast has an expansive and delicious layout, as well as their Social reception to. And shoutout to housekeeping! As soon as you step in this hotel, it is obvious they take presentation and cleanliness very seriously. Definitely will stay again!”

“Great location and next door to a great bucees. Rooms are clean and everything you need. Staff were so nice and helpful. It was a great 2 week stay here at Candlewood.

“This place was nice. We were in town visiting family and stayed there for only one night. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The shower had plenty of hot water in the morning and the water pressure was awesome. I have thick hair so it was nice to get shampooed and rinsed quickly. We definitely will be back to stay there again when we visit. P.S. No comments on the breakfast because every time we visit my husband has to have Phat Boyz tacos.”

“My family have love our stay here, I’m usually very weary of motels after a very bad and disgusting experience from another place, the price for the quality is amazing. Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect but from the start of buying the room the owners are very kind and welcoming. They are so accommodating and respectful. The rooms are very clean. That is very important for us because we have a 1 year old who touches everything so we love how clean the rooms are. They are professional and prompt when it comes to refreshing and cleaning the rooms. They are not invasive when it comes to check and see if the rooms need a reset. And I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the owners as they come and clean and my 1 year old son loves say hello each time they’ve come to see if we needed anything. They’re are no problems with pests (bugs) which is a huge win for me because that’s a problem I’ve run into in the past with bigger chain hotels (quality inn for example) so that for me is the biggest thing because I don’t like to stay anywhere I don’t trust the let my son run around without worry. The privacy my family has here is amazing, I love that I’m not worried about anything when staying here especially when it comes to our safety. This motel isn’t a big chain name brand but the cost, the quality and the cleanliness speaks for itself. I will happily stay here again and WILL definitely be recommending to friends and family who come into town and need a quick, affordable, clean, quiet, and safe place to stay please come and check them out, you won’t be sorry. “Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Seems to be quite a bit of people living there. The pool is clean and nice. Ice machine wasn't working. No coffee maker in room. Hair dryer didn't work. For the price, it's good if you're looking for no frills, cheap motel that's clean.

Rooms: No frills, just a clean room. If all you need is a clean place to shower and sleep while at the beach then this will work. And they have a pool.

Noteworthy details: Parking is only on one side and rooms are on both sides.”
