“Took my iPhone 13ProMax in for repairs… Issue: screen went bright white and wouldn’t clear or power off. Watched a few YouTube videos that suggested the following; press the up arrow, press the down arrow, and press hold the power button until the phone cycled off/on… tried it to no avail. Took it to have it repaired and was back in business in no time. Made it home only to find the phone wouldn’t stay on for longer than 3 minutes. Every three minutes it cycled itself off. Called MDS to inform them and they kindly instructed me to return it. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner but they went above and beyond to provide EXCEPTIONAL service and even threw in a few extras. Go see them. You won’t regret it!”
