Went in to upgrade my phone and add a line. Once the sales rep found that the devices we wanted were not in stock, he was quick to want to dump us off even while we still had questions.

The associate at the store that was assigned to me by the manager was very rude for the second or third time that I've had interactions with him! I don't appreciate him reason his voice at me or trying to talk to me like I'm his child, especially since I'm at least 10 to 15 years if not more his senior! Furthermore, I gave him no reason to be rude with me. I asked him a simple question about My IPad! This young man does not deserve to work for AT&T if he's going to be interacting with customers and such an unprofessional manner!
This is an update to the most recent disaster that AT&T has created for me! I added my mother to my phone line or to my account and she went to AT&T and they told her she was eligible for an upgrade it turns out the snake that was helping her named Kelly didn’t tell her that he was using her secondary line which shows to be eligible for an upgrade but it’s not so we ended up getting stuck paying for the iPhone 14+ that she previously had and now the new iPhone 16 Pro Max! I am no longer doing business with AT&T I don’t do business with dishonest people! And of course when you go to management even though management knows that they did something that they weren’t supposed to do they won’t correct their mistake! So I hope that if you’re thinking about going to AT&T and getting service go to a different location not seeing that any other one may be better but definitely that one they’re a bunch of snakes and liars!

I always go to the AT&T on Texas because the employees recognize me and ate helpful even if I'm not purchasing a product or phone.

I would like to recognize a very wonderful/ helpful employee at this location. Kelly. Kelly helped me and my mom last Wednesday night. It was just a few minutes before closing time. Me and my mom were trying to get our phones and Kelly did his job. We would ask him questions and he would answer them. Also I bought some phone accessories to go with my phone. Me and my family like this store better than the one in Bryan and the other one by H‑E‑B tower point. Thank you again Kelly and AT&T.

If I could give it no stars I would. Cole was extremely unprofessional with me. He got loud and walked away from me. Refused to help me. Refuse to answer my questions. He couldn’t even do a simple thing like get the manager to figure out my account issues. I’m a new customer. I purchased services for my jaguar. I have an account online. I showed him it but he said he couldn’t find it. He told me that he couldn’t give me a refund for what I paid, even though I was able to pull up my account online. When I asked for his name he continued to walk away. He made such a big scene with me that even his colleague stopped him and told him to get a manager. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. This is why I choose Verizon for my five lines and I would’ve chose them for my car too if they were serviceable but now I know I’m going use T-Mobile for my car.

Nikola was an awesome guy he went above and beyond to solve and resolve any need I had. I was in doubt when I first got to the store but upon meet him and some of his colleagues I was assured that they would get the job done Thank you guys so much!

Robbery. Installing protection advantage plans even when told “I don’t want protection on my device”. Ridiculous. They’ll brainwash you to buy their accessories too and even if you pay it FULLY out of pocket AT THE STORE still go and add unauthorized monthly payments in people’s bills. Please make sure you aren’t paying for their accessories bs. No communication of it or nothing, just add it to the end of your payments.
