Brandon was extremely patient and willingly helpful. Even after spending time with customer service for a Fraud alert, he showed no signs of frustration or displeasure. His manager was amazingly helpful too. I was very pleased with their service all around!

I stopped by AT&T with a need to upgrade my iPhone, but dreaded going into the store based on past wait times. I was met at the door by a gentleman named Nico who far exceeded my expectations. Positive experience handled quickly very grateful.
