βI had a very positive experience with this shop after being referred here by another place in town. It took about two weeks to get everything fixed but during that time the work was updated almost step-by-step through its text message system. The links on the texts would direct me to a website were I could see photos of the work being done, the costs, and had the option to ask questions. Even after picking up the car, the staff reached out a couple of times to make sure everything was working properly. Overall a good experience here and I will return for my next vehicle needs.β

βMonday February 16, we got help to head off on our next road trip stop visiting from the UK. Jahdre and his staff were so friendly and quick to assist when our rental car had a leak. Rather than exchange the car, we were referred to get a check done. Jahdre is a fantastic and generous making the checks complimentary like a real friendly neighbor, and glad to have chatted while our car got serviced. Nothing major was found, and everything got topped up to safely navigate the hot Texas weather using our AC.

βThey did a great job on my wheel. I had scraped a curb. They repaired my wheel in 1 day. They had to machine my wheel. As a retired machinist I knew the details to look for. The only thing I could see was that they could have used a little rubbing compound and a buffer wheel to make it 100%. Still got it 95% and the novice would never know.
Wish I knew about them sooner. Last year had a wheel that had the clearcoat flake off and just looked different from the rest. Had to buy a $400 new wheel.

βVery thorough check of all fluids and all lights. My oil was clean and under recommended mileage, but it was 9 months past the date recommended for a change. They talked themselves out of some profit, so kudos for their honesty. They did find dirty power steering fluid and recommended a change. They found a clearly filthy cab filter. I had both the power steering fluid changed and a new filter installed. I think my steering is easier. I recommend them. Nice guys, too.β

We bought a scooter this past Summer and needed to get it looked at. Shawn helped me out right there on the spot. He fixed the scooter and got me on my way in about 10 minutes.

βI did not actually use the shop. I had Bill get a quote on a transmission replacement, and I dropped off the car. Bill did some research and the pricing was coming back way above my budget, Bill tried to help me, but none of the options were something that worked. We got the car back the next day, no pressure, just helpfulness, even though I never spent a dime. My impression is you don't get a shop this size, with good reviews without being an honest, good guy. Thanks Billβ
βI had a great experience at Brake Check. Brake pads replaced at a fair price and done quickly. I was in the waiting room for a couple of hours and had a chance to observe them with other customers. I witnessed great customer service with integrity. Most places seem to try to squeeze as much money out of their customers as they can. This staff seems focused on making sure they are meeting the needs of the customer and not just trying to over sell. This was my first trip here, but it certainly won't be my last.β

βMy 1995 Nissan truck is humming. The guys at Brazos Valley Automotive in one day fixed all my concerns and found some I didnβt know. This was my first visit. I needed my air conditioner fixed and the brakes checked. They fixed my a/c and cleaned my brakes. They also found three belts that were in bad shape and replaced them. They also installed a new brake light part which I supplied. A lot of work done in just one day! Iβm very pleased.?β
βCould not be happier with the work they did to repair some front end damage to my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Many shops wonβt even work on Teslas, but Moe Mooti - Owner, didnβt hesitate to take the car and work with the insurance company to cover the cost. I highly recommend BVCC for their work and their friendly service.β

βLiterally the best place in town for RAM trucks. They are always fast and do a great job on the first try. They have done everything for me ranging from basic oil changes to major transmission and cooling system work. Might not be the cheapest place in town but they do it right the first time. Unlike a couple other places in town that I have been to, I have never had to have any of their work redone. Their techs know what they are doing and my experiences have been nothing but positive over the last ~5 years with multiple different vehicles. I can't recommend them enough. I don't need to come back often (partially due to the quality of their work) but I will when I need anything done that I can't do myself at home.β

βThe service team did an excellent job of returning my calls when my questions couldn't be immediately answered. They promptly made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Even though their vacuum pump had failed and were unable to complete the service, they were very communicative and transparent during the entire process, and they still gave my vehicle a free detailing. Due to my low conductivity coolant on my Ioniq 5 needing to be flushed immediately, I did elect to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. However, I'd still like to give my praise to College Station Hyundai's service team, and I'd easily recommend them to anyone nearby.β
