“Monday February 16, we got help to head off on our next road trip stop visiting from the UK. Jahdre and his staff were so friendly and quick to assist when our rental car had a leak. Rather than exchange the car, we were referred to get a check done. Jahdre is a fantastic and generous making the checks complimentary like a real friendly neighbor, and glad to have chatted while our car got serviced. Nothing major was found, and everything got topped up to safely navigate the hot Texas weather using our AC.

“They did a great job on my wheel. I had scraped a curb. They repaired my wheel in 1 day. They had to machine my wheel. As a retired machinist I knew the details to look for. The only thing I could see was that they could have used a little rubbing compound and a buffer wheel to make it 100%. Still got it 95% and the novice would never know.
Wish I knew about them sooner. Last year had a wheel that had the clearcoat flake off and just looked different from the rest. Had to buy a $400 new wheel.

“Very thorough check of all fluids and all lights. My oil was clean and under recommended mileage, but it was 9 months past the date recommended for a change. They talked themselves out of some profit, so kudos for their honesty. They did find dirty power steering fluid and recommended a change. They found a clearly filthy cab filter. I had both the power steering fluid changed and a new filter installed. I think my steering is easier. I recommend them. Nice guys, too.”

“My 1995 Nissan truck is humming. The guys at Brazos Valley Automotive in one day fixed all my concerns and found some I didn’t know. This was my first visit. I needed my air conditioner fixed and the brakes checked. They fixed my a/c and cleaned my brakes. They also found three belts that were in bad shape and replaced them. They also installed a new brake light part which I supplied. A lot of work done in just one day! I’m very pleased.?”
“I did not actually use the shop. I had Bill get a quote on a transmission replacement, and I dropped off the car. Bill did some research and the pricing was coming back way above my budget, Bill tried to help me, but none of the options were something that worked. We got the car back the next day, no pressure, just helpfulness, even though I never spent a dime. My impression is you don't get a shop this size, with good reviews without being an honest, good guy. Thanks Bill”
“Could not be happier with the work they did to repair some front end damage to my 2023 Tesla Model 3. “I had a great experience at Brake Check. Brake pads replaced at a fair price and done quickly. I was in the waiting room for a couple of hours and had a chance to observe them with other customers. I witnessed great customer service with integrity. Most places seem to try to squeeze as much money out of their customers as they can. This staff seems focused on making sure they are meeting the needs of the customer and not just trying to over sell. This was my first trip here, but it certainly won't be my last.”

“Big shout out and thank you to Cassie and the entire team at this ACME Glass location! I originally replaced my windshield at the end of June. I made an appointment a few days in advance, and they got me in at my scheduled time and out before sooner than they quoted. Great work! But wouldn't you know it, just a few weeks later I got a chip from a rock on Highway 6, and she remembered me and my vehicle and was able to get me in the same day to repair the chip for FREE! She was also incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and went the extra mile to try to help me figure out a separate issue that they weren't able to fix (manufacturer defect) but pointed me in the right direction. They are local, family-owned, and are now my go-to auto glass shop. 10/10. Though I hope to not be back soon, I cannot recommend them enough!!”

“Literally the best place in town for RAM trucks. They are always fast and do a great job on the first try. They have done everything for me ranging from basic oil changes to major transmission and cooling system work. Might not be the cheapest place in town but they do it right the first time. Unlike a couple other places in town that I have been to, I have never had to have any of their work redone. Their techs know what they are doing and my experiences have been nothing but positive over the last ~5 years with multiple different vehicles. I can't recommend them enough. I don't need to come back often (partially due to the quality of their work) but I will when I need anything done that I can't do myself at home.”

Original post: I was referred to this business by Discount Tire in Bryan to get a wheel stud replacement on a rear tire at no charge which I completed Oct 27, 2022. I haven’t had any work done to the car since then nor had anything happen to my vehicle to otherwise cause the issue: a loud clicking sound on the rear side when braking. I found out that has happened due to the rotor not being correctly aligned when the wheel stud repair was done. So after getting a free repair it is costing me money to fix your staff’s mistake. I called the office to relay but sharing here to make sure others referred by Discount Tire are aware.”
