McKenzie, being a student at Texas A&M, gave us incredibly useful insight into things we had not even thought to ask about, such as where you can park around campus and how convenient having a scooter can be, especially on football game days. That firsthand knowledge was so helpful!

From start to finish, Bobby and Pat were excellent to work with. They were always straightforward about what repairs made sense for the truck and what wasn’t worth spending money on, which I really appreciated.
You can tell these guys truly love what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their work and the care they put into every step of the process.
It’s hard to find honest mechanics who do great work at a reasonable price, but that’s exactly what we found here. We will absolutely continue using Brazos Valley Automotive for all of our vehicles moving forward.

All except I over heard the manager telling my salesman I was crawdeading. Managers need to step back and not open the pie hole sometimes. We walked away from a 75k purchase from a dealership when we bought my wife's 2024 Expedition. Manager kept opening that mouth not listening to the customer. Allow your salesman to work the client and listen. Friendly staff great financing department.”
