About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides an enjoyable experience with helpful and courteous check-in and check-out. Customers report renting almost new cars in excellent and nice condition, sometimes receiving an unexpected upgrade. The team is described as wonderful, professional, friendly, and giving exceptional, personal customer service, willing to make things right. Budget is noted as an excellent choice, especially for one-way rentals, which are handled with no problem. The Fastbreak service and QR code system at larger airports are highlighted as fast and modern. While most interactions are positive, there are occasional mentions that communication regarding deposits and insurance details could be clearer. Overall, customers report a great experience and state they will use Budget again.
