Cinemark movie club member here. App is great, easy and convenient to purchase tickets ahead. Drawback is it can be glitchy at times. Clean theaters. Not happy about the increase in beverage prices. $7 for a large fountain drink AFTER member discount is pretty steep. Food portions have improved.

We recently misplaced some AirPods while at a movie. We called the movie theatre several times with minimal assistance - until Billy answered the phone. He was very positive and helpful and found the AirPods! Thank you for taking the time to listen! You are awesome Billy!
