“Check out the bar “1791” Whiskey bar. If you enjoy cocktails, this is the best place in town! All of the bartenders are incredible. On my most recent visit, Tori was my bartender; she makes a great Old Fashioned!”

“So much fun to watch a performance. Very easy to see the stage from every seat. Truly a wonderful experience and all the employees were very helpful when we needed help to find our seats. There were several bathroom options although the lines were quite long but the intermission was long enough to make it through the line.”
“Very cool place. The atmosphere is wonderful with a huge tv and great sound. They have seating upstairs and downstairs which are both outside. We have gone to watch the Aggie football game and enjoyed it. They have food and drinks available either in Brookshire Brothers or cooking on the grill at Stage 12. The two places are basically the same with a short walk inside to get food.”
“Excellent service! Everyone is so nice! Especially this young man, I want to say his name was Alex, he was at pickup and delivery and he was just so willing to help and give a refill! He is doing such a great job and has one of the brightest smiles I saw there at the theater!”

“I came into town for the World Cup game. I can’t remember her name, but the young woman from Ukraine at the front desk was friendly and amazing. I also had some erroneous charges, and Joseph at the front desk was awesome too; he took care of the mistake immediately.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms and amenities were fantastic, and the food at the restaurant and bar was awesome. If I ever go back to College Station, hands down, I’ll be staying there again. The price was great, too, and so was the valet team. 5 stars!. I wish all the other hotels I stayed were this great.”
“I hosted our office holiday dinner party here, and from my very first inquiry to the end of the evening, Tracy and Jose were exceptional. Jose, our onsite event lead, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. His upbeat, “happy to help” attitude made the entire night feel effortless.

“Spirit Ice is a great place to take your family! Be sure to check their schedule for public skate to find the appropriate block. They do have the rink reserved for private lessons and games at times. **Their schedule is under the HOME page, not under the public skating page. It is a reasonable fee to skate ($12) and still under $20 if you need to rent skates from them. They also have special deals throughout the week that are listed on the website. They have clean restrooms, snacks to purchase. We had a wonderful time!”

“The hosts and people that work the front desk were inattentive and would rather speak amongst each other then to help a guest . We had two rooms, they lost our other reservation on a fully booked night. Then refused to give us a refund, 20 mins later they found our reservation… front desk people need to go”
“We used Pebble Creek as our reception venue for our wedding and have only received compliments for the quality and joy of the event!
This venue has many options available to include, from linens and tableware to bartenders and a delicious buffet. Tabatha, the event manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful I was constantly reaffirmed in her capability to run the reception smoothly.
The food was amazing and had all our guests raving, the views were beautiful, and the bartenders were so kind and charismatic many guests hung out at the bar between dances. Anything I needed, however last minute I remembered, Tabatha had covered.
Part of why I loved having our reception at a golf club was the variety of drinks that could be served at the bar. We didn't have to buy our own liquor, they have their own large variety and could serve literally anything our guests wanted because they served so much day to day at the golf club.
Overall a perfect day with zero stress because of Pebble Creek and Tabatha”
“I stayed at Staybridge Suites College Station for a couple of weeks while working in the area. I was initially disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate my request for a top-floor room due to ongoing renovations - I seem to have the worst luck with noisy upstairs neighbors! However, my third-floor room turned out to be spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The front desk staff was great overall, especially Larry and Laura. The manager, Anthony Aguilera, was also very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has plenty of parking and is conveniently located next to Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Wings ’N More. The Wi-Fi is strong, the lobby computer is fast, and the washers and dryers are free to use, which is rare and especially helpful during an extended stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet every morning is excellent, and having free coffee available 24/7 is another great perk.
This is a great place to stay, and I would definitely return.”

“Romantic, quiet, private, clean, picturesque, and a short drive away from the Aggieland safari! When we walked in, they had music playing and a basket of breakfast items ready for us in the kitchen as well as a stocked mini-fridge. We stayed in the Batts Ferry cabin. The bathtub is huge! I was worried about not having a shower, however there is a shower-head connected to the tub as well as shampoo & conditioner & robes provided. They leave you a book with the option to purchase massages, wine, or other items. We were beyond impressed and can’t wait to come back!”
