I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Fulvio he was so kind and friendly had no problem answering all my questions about getting a new phone. I had to come back another day due to the fact I didn't have the old phone with me but when I did Mr. Fulvio was there again and welcomed me back and kindly helped me set up the new phone. “Alan Rodriguez, the Business Account manager at this store is 5 stars all by himself. My business’s account was originally set up incorrectly, causing a complete log jam in improving/adding services and we were ready to leave. Alan patiently solved the “big problem” and then proceeded to do the improving and adding step by step up to the day before his paternity leave! My organization (a large church) and I are all about relationship…building trust a step at a time. Alan has exemplified this, blessing us with good services at totally reasonable rates, step by step. He’s clearly young and learning the ropes, but totally doing it right- with perseverance and humility. Thanks Alan!”

I hope manager of this store see my comment and give bonus to him. I could give 1 star because of a girl working evening. When we come here when she working there is no coffee,( machines always need clean) always rude and angry. Im not giving bad rate just because of Justin.”

“It saddens me that this place has negative reviews bc I’ve been coming here for years. The store is always clean inside and out. The staff are super friendly. I truly enjoy bantering with them and getting recommendations on favorite restaurants, etc. The breakfast tacos are the best out of ANY Laredo Taco in town. I’ve introduced coworkers and friends alike to their tacos and even their lunches and created “lifers” to this specific location. Can’t say enough great things about a gas station mart and restaurant lol. Who knew!?”
“Most of the time I've been treated with great respect and help. The lady that I had yesterday which I unfortunately I can't think of her name right now, was absolutely wonderful and is right on top getting me fixed up. My phone has a loose charging port so she ordered me a new phone overnight delivery and said to bring it in at my convenience and personally set an appointment for her and she will get everything done for me without me having to go and reapply a bunch of stuff that I had to go through last time with someone else. So my only complaints are some of those people are not as courteous and helpful. They're haven't been many that are that way but there have been some. And the only other thing is it's a long wait usually. But I guess you have to wait to get one on one service at the best they can”

“I joined T-mobile internet a few weeks ago . When I received the router it wasn’t working . I went to a few retailers and all I was told we don’t have any more routers . I happened to be in collage station for business and decided to stop by this location. At this point I was frustrated. I ended up talking to Shay the store manager and she wasted no time figuring out the problem. It came with a bad cord . She actually tried to solve the problem instead of telling me what every store told me . There’s no more routers . Great person as great customer service. I’ll definitely make the drive to collage station from Houston for anything that I need .”
