“Today I was in a rush and needed sandals. I went everywhere and nothing stood out to me. Last minute I said let me try Dillard's. That should have been first stop. I left completely satisfied with five pairs of sandals. Julie the sales associate was so kind and patient. She found what she could in my size and made suggestions. If you are looking for any kind of shoe please stop in Dillard's and ask to speak to Julie. I promise she will take great care of you ❤”
“Kohl’s is a great In-N-Out department store. There’s always days for discounts and you can usually find what you’re looking for. May not be exactly what you want but there’s good quality. And on the upside, there’s a Sephora if you’re into that and an Amazon drop off.”
“We were kind of difficult customers today - we had a return with no receipt and then we had another issue, so we had to go through the line twice. Arnita was INCREDIBLE. She was kind and patient and so incredibly friendly. She did everything with a smile on her face and with thoughtful words. The people make the place and Arnita made our trip today easier and better. “I was quite surprised by this store! My last visit to Kohls was over 10+ years ago and it reminded me of a resale shop. This store was elegant, there were many selections. Everything was well marked. I will say- I didn't see any employees out on the floor available to assist with questions, and the dressing rooms- altho large and roomy, unfortunately WELL LIT ?, were piled with clothing from previous customers trying on things. Otherwise I was quite happy with the store. Some prices were a bit over the top.... I think I expected walmart prices at kohls. If you're thinking this- you will be incorrect. Much pricier!”
“Customer service is great prices are fair but if this place wants to stay open they NEED A MAJOR REMODEL!!! I like this place but it’s hard to shop because it’s so cluttered and poorly lit”

“Very nice. Need more employees amso short handed. Everyone nice. But waited an hour to get help in jewelry department. Prices high and very high on other items. Employees very nice. Just need more of them.”
“I was in desperate need of some shirts but I mostly found shirts that were over $30. Thankfully I was able to go to Melrose because their shirts are really cute and affordable. I got two shirts for less than $20.”
“The male employee at the checkout counter was really helpful. He helped to look the watch batteries on the Batteries stations. And when the watch batteries I was looking for was not there. He went the extra miles to take me th the Jewelry counter for the watch batteries I was looking for. An excellent example of customer service.”
“9.14.23 Wow, I actually really like this Walmart. So many Walmarts are sketchy. This one was clean and tidy. They were well stocked on everything. They had a lot of Halloween decorations and candy already. I will make the drive to this Walmart. Which says a lot.”
