Clerk was friendly. I had a sealed package and a generic shipping label. Clerk turned screen around for me to enter info, he printed the real label l, rang me up, Done!

After playing round about with different people on the phone about trying to get my package. I finally talked to someone who was very nice and helpful and she set me up to where I was able to pick up in store. Once I got there the women who helped was so nice and friendly.

They were very helpful and informative. I went to use the Fedex ship center. There was a line but the employees worked together to get everyone taken care of quickly.
