I felt that the urgent packages that I needed send off were in very safe hands and that I could trust the UPS system to get them to the destination in tact. Thank you Santino. Note if someone gives you money in your hands, it is a common courtesy to give them their change back in a there hands. As well as the receipt. This should not be placed on the counter. If you’re concerned about germs (as most of us are), there is a way to do it without touching the customer. Just simply place the objects(change or receipts) over the palm of the customer’s hand and gently release the receipt or change when you’re close enough (without it falling to the counter). Nevertheless, Santino, I strongly feel that you have really good customer service skills and you made me feel valued as a customer. Good job! God bless you.,”
