FIRE!!!! The older African American woman that works here is she is super rude, super confrontational, has no respect or kindness and can't ever make it a pleasant experience, when she was at the store at ATM she was super rude, now that they shut down she works at this location and has made it almost unbearable to even go into this location, management definitely needs to coach her on customer service, if you look like you don't wanna be at your job then leave....

Quick and easy service! They have curbside parking. I just ran in dropped off package and no long lines. Was given a receipt to track my package.

The employee that helped me was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. I wasn’t sure how to mail my item as it was something I’ve never done before and her attitude was just horrible. Lacked manners and even a little bit of kindness from the get go. She had zero patience when I was asking questions to double check something she had me doing even after I let her know that I wasn’t sure how to do this. The employee working next to her was quite the opposite, and he had very good customer service and politeness to the other customers. If you come in and see a taller, older man at the desk, go to him! The employee’s badge that was helping me even said “30+ years of great service with FedEx”, but that was the worst experience I’ve had in a while.

Rae or Rue was disrespectful and rude to my girlfriend today, on 7/18/2025 at around 11:25 AM my girlfriend went in to print out a label and ship a box of shoes that did not fit her correctly. She printed the label herself and taped it to the box, she then gave the package to a team member (Rae). Rae then proceeded to yell at her saying “next time, you should ask for help, I could have printed the label for you for free”. She then proceeded to yell at her again saying “We do not ship shoe boxes, you have to buy a box” “I can either send you home or you can buy a box”. My girlfriend then attempted to buy a box but was told by another worker that it was fine and she could use the shoe box she had brought. My girlfriend left in tears by the way she was treated by Rae, my girlfriend was never greeted with a “hello” “good morning” or a “have a nice day”. My girlfriend is a foreigner from Ukraine and already has to put up with so much hate from others, and the way Rae treated her was just not acceptable. She needs to be Fired.

The staff was so mean. The women at the register was rude to me, she talked to me like i am a 9 year old. I just needed to send the package, i’m foreign and never done that before in america. She was disrespectful and rude, she screamed at me and said that i should have asked for help instead of putting the label on the box myself. After that she tried to make me buy a package for a shoes that were already in a box ( with attitude like i committed a crime).The other team member stoped her and told her that they can ship the shoes in the original box. I left that fedex location crying. I’ve never been treated that way. Please never go to this location.

Rae was absolutely amazing!! On top of things, extremely friendly, and very helpful! We will continue to use this fed ex because of Rae!

Ethan is a rockstar. The whole team is too! They were extremely helpful and walked me through a bit of a complicated print process—managing multiple people’s input and changes. They are provide great service at a normal pricepoint.

I have a contract with FedEx printing. I was told by the woman who works here I have to wait between 5-6 hours for printing when I put the print request. It was literally 5 pages that I requested, she can be rude so be cautious in how you approach her. I am from Out of town delivering legal documents, I’m sorry I don’t have 5-6 hours to spare when I’m out in the field.

My packets that was picked up never had update . After numerous calls and I was told there was no package . Clearly the driver took it and never scan the update . Close to $400 usd package 📦 mysterious gone . Good job FedEx!

Put some automatic doors! Every FedEx outlet should accept any kind of packages including those with hazard stickers (Lithium battery), etc. Such a hassle to bring stuff through your manual doors and then take back. No help too while the mustache guy watches you holding package with hazard sticker, but doesn't help or even quickly inform that they don't accept hazard stickered packaged here until your turn comes. Be ashamed!

The lady behind the counter was the rudest person I've ever met and it started before I even said a single word. I was so taken aback that I walked out. I have never been treated this way for just walking into a store and existing.

I dropped off a project for camp retreat coming up. Big order once finalized and worked out for printing. Young man was very nice, even called me back to adjust my print. Then nothing. I drove back to the store after 4 days. From Somerville to CS now twice. Two ladies were so very rude. I gave myself 2 weeks to get this done, so in no way was rude. But the employees and I believe one of them was the manager. They were so rude, dismissive and told me if I wasn’t happy to go somewhere else. Now, I’m a week away from my due date and no further with my name tags. Never will I ever use this office or recommend it. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
