I had this incredible employee help me whose name was Melanie? I know i'm misspelling it. She was so patient when I was deciding between two sizes of rings. She let me talk her ear off. She was just so sweet.

Near holidays don't wait until the last minute--the store gets very busy.

UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back
I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

I have been here several times and the staff are not nice. I don't need a BFF, I just don't need the attitude either. I am not sure if they are commission based but if you are just getting a service like charms added they do not even act like you should be there.

I can’t believe I had to wait a day for them to put 2 charms on, only to receive my bracelet with a charm upside down. I have 9 other charms on this bracelet, most of them one sided, so you’d think it would be obvious which way goes up.

RUDE & SNOOTY
The only reason I gave these people my business is because my daughter is in the hospital and she loves James Avery jewelry. My experience with them has been very rude and the girls are very stand-offish. They gave the overall impression that they didn’t care and seemed put off when asked to help. They seemed annoyed and give an overall impression of having better things to do when me and my other daughter were picking the charms. It made for a AWKWARD EXPERIENCE…
Turned my stomach to spend money here buy my daughter was pleased with her gift and that’s what mattered the most.
I’ve never been a fan of this jewelry because it’s just overpriced silver jewelry. There are so many others out there for half the price. If I had more time I would have shopped elsewhere.
