James Avery Artisan Jewelry is a business inspired by love, family, friendship, and faith. Its charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings are designed and produced in Texas Hill Country workshops. The store at Texas Avenue Crossing in College Station offers a great experience with very helpful and kind staff who are super helpful and personable, making customers feel welcomed. Service is great, though near holidays the store gets very busy with long lines, indicating a need for more staff for quicker service. The business stands by its products and provides excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely manner with no questions asked. It is considered one of the best stores by many customers.
I had this incredible employee help me whose name was Melanie? I know i'm misspelling it. She was so patient when I was deciding between two sizes of rings. She let me talk her ear off. She was just so sweet.
