“Had the absolutely most amazing experience through designing a custom engagement ring through David Gardners! Me and my now fiancee came in to visit and “ring shop” and all staff has been extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, especially Haley. Through the ring shopping, diamond selection, design process, and ring pickup Haley has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was never overly pushy like most salespeople, but helpful enough to make me feel comfortable and at home choosing David Gardners for this important milestone. At pickup, Haley prepared the ring, paperwork, a framed sketch of the ring design, jewelry care products, and even a bottle of bourbon as a thank you to me, which goes above and beyond most typical jewelers.
