I recently had an unfortunate experience at Journeys Kids that I feel compelled to share. While I want to provide honest feedback, I believe it's important to maintain a level of professionalism when expressing my concerns.During my visit(s), I observed some issues with the store's management. It appeared that the manager, Jenna, was not as attentive to her responsibilities as one might expect. She seemed preoccupied with her phone, which made me question her dedication to her role. In my opinion, effective management involves being present and focused on the store and its customers.Additionally, I overheard some inappropriate comments from one of the employees, Jamie, which were both offensive and disrespectful towards minorities. These comments include saying derogatory remarks towards black people(she said the n word) and said Hispanics should learn English before going into the store because she couldn't make a sale. These comments have made me uncomfortable, and I believe it's essential for the store to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.Furthermore, The times I've stopped by the store I've seen that Jenna was socializing with security personnel during company hours, which seemed unprofessional and distracting from her duties as a manager.I reached out to HR to report my concerns about the inappropriate comments and the overall atmosphere in the store one time. They got back to me once but unfortunately, I did not receive an update on any sort of resolving, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated.In light of these issues, I cannot recommend shopping at this particular Journeys Kids store. I believe it's essential to support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction, professionalism, and inclusivity. I hope my feedback can contribute to the improvement of this store's operations and customer experience.Thank you for taking the time to read my review, and I hope that Journeys Kids can address these concerns to create a more positive shopping environment in the future.

I was trying to buy some shoes for my daughter. The cashier was outside the store the entire time talking on the phone. Ive experience poor customer service at both journey stores at this mall.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter size 6. I said in kids but not toddler. Okay, shoes come in there a size 6 mens / 8 womens. I take them up there and the lady who order them started arguing with My husband and I saying there right that we asked for the wrong size. She didn't seem the be grasping that they were for our daughter a woman size 6 is what we should have got. NOT MENS 6. This was my first time buying something for journeys and it is my last. We were so excited to get these for our daughter. She had wanted a pair for a year and her birthday was in 2 days when we got them in the mail.
