I don’t usually have bad experiences at kids journeys , But 3/3/26 at 3:58 not sure what was going on with the person on shift . They had the nastiest attitude & just being completely rude .

I was trying to buy some shoes for my daughter. The cashier was outside the store the entire time talking on the phone. Ive experience poor customer service at both journey stores at this mall.
