“I joined T-mobile internet a few weeks ago . When I received the router it wasn’t working . I went to a few retailers and all I was told we don’t have any more routers . I happened to be in collage station for business and decided to stop by this location. At this point I was frustrated. I ended up talking to Shay the store manager and she wasted no time figuring out the problem. It came with a bad cord . She actually tried to solve the problem instead of telling me what every store told me . There’s no more routers . Great person as great customer service. I’ll definitely make the drive to collage station from Houston for anything that I need .”

“Most of the time I've been treated with great respect and help. The lady that I had yesterday which I unfortunately I can't think of her name right now, was absolutely wonderful and is right on top getting me fixed up. My phone has a loose charging port so she ordered me a new phone overnight delivery and said to bring it in at my convenience and personally set an appointment for her and she will get everything done for me without me having to go and reapply a bunch of stuff that I had to go through last time with someone else. So my only complaints are some of those people are not as courteous and helpful. They're haven't been many that are that way but there have been some. And the only other thing is it's a long wait usually. But I guess you have to wait to get one on one service at the best they can”
