“Just wow. I have used U-Haul in the past but no location has ever been as amazing as this one. James was excellent, and went out of his way to try to help us. Erin was absolutely amazing as well. She really helped us out, and was just incredible with her knowledge and customer service. I was absolutely ecstatic when she took care of me both at pick up and drop off. She was able to squeeze us in without a reservation too!! If I could give more than 5 stars just for Erin alone I would. An excellent manager with a huge heart. Could not recommend this location enough. Thank you for all your hard work and all that you do. We appreciate you!!”
