“I have never rented a storage unit, but from start to finish has been amazing. Charley is experienced, honest and upfront with prices. She broke down everything and showed us multiple units and walked us through the whole process. Not only that, she cares. Honesty goes a long way, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. The place is kept clean and she even swept out the little bit of debris that was left. This will be the place I’ll go to if I ever need to rent a storage unit again.”

“I recently moved my storage items from Boise Idaho to College Station. The Storage King facility is very conveniently located for me. It is clean and well maintained. I have a climate controlled unit which I have been very pleased with. I have a 10x10 unit which offers plenty of room. The gate access hours are posted on the gate so there is no guessing when the gate will be locked at night. Management are usually present and available if I need assistance. After reading reviews about rent increase I wonder if increases are for individual units and not all units at once.”

“The doghouse was not fastened properly, had to wrap my leg with a shirt because heat or steam was burning my leg. I paid full price and was charged $11 because the tank wasn’t full. I explained that the pump I had stopped at was broken and I had to guess the amount to put in.”
