She broke down everything and showed us multiple units and walked us through the whole process. Not only that, she cares. Honesty goes a long way, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. The place is kept clean and she even swept out the little bit of debris that was left. This will be the place I’ll go to if I ever need to rent a storage unit again.”

“Just wow. I have used U-Haul in the past but no location has ever been as amazing as this one. James was excellent, and went out of his way to try to help us. Erin was absolutely amazing as well. She really helped us out, and was just incredible with her knowledge and customer service. I was absolutely ecstatic when she took care of me both at pick up and drop off. She was able to squeeze us in without a reservation too!! If I could give more than 5 stars just for Erin alone I would. An excellent manager with a huge heart.
