Their reservations are real reservations, so you can reserve a locker for sure two weeks in advance while other places double sell your locker or only reserve the price. Great guys!”

“As a business owner myself I really appreciate great customer service and employees that go above and beyond. Yesterday I had a nightmare of a day. I rented a U-Haul in North Texas to drive my son to college and my car broke down 30 miles outside of College Station. I had to rent a truck just to pull the trailer to town and unload it but had no way of getting it back home. I came to this location and the General Manager, Bri was super understanding and helpful. She called customer service and got approval for me to leave the trailer there instead of taking it back home and even was able to waive the fees for me. I have rented from U-Haul many times and with this kind of service will definitely keep doing so. Huge shout out to Bri and her entire team. Ya'll made a tough day much easier!”
