Taylor in the leasing office is the best. very helpful on move in day and made a stressful day much easier. the apartment was clean and move in ready, and the amenities look great so far

Poorly managed and maintained. Recently signed and checked in only to find the property in filthy condition with rotten food and other stuff left inside. Upon contacting the Lark administration, they refusing to clean it citing some strange rules, beyond logic. The management needs to improve on a lot of things.
