Great location, about 15 mins walking distance to campus. Could use some updates but overall gets the job done for a college apartment with good amenities!

I stopped by for a tour yesterday & the staff was so nice & so helpful!! It was a really great tour & super informative & it is also a great price point for still being on Northgate. The amenities are really great & I especially loved the rooftop pool!! So excited to live here next year!

Its hard to find an apartment complex that meets all my needs but Lark has been pretty great! The staff is super friendly and very helpful when I need anything. They offer lots of amenities including great study spaces. I love living at Lark and highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!
