“This is my second year living at Aspire, and I’ve had a really great experience! While rent may be pricy, with the amenities, monthly community events, and close proximity to campus and Northgate, I would say it’s very worth it. Not to mention, the front staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew will fix any apartment concerns extremely fast (in my experience, usually within a few hours to a few days). The only thing I would like to see is better visitor parking, more routine maintenance of the coffee machine in the lounge, and better elevators. All in all, great apartment — I would recommend Aspire for anyone who wants a comfortable living experience close to campus!”

“My boyfriend and I lived in Tower Park Apartments for two years. From the day we contacted Eva to get a tour of the apartment to our last day , Eva, Julie, and the two maintenance staffs have been incredible. They have always made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and understood. All our maintenance requests were promptly resolved and both the guys who work their to do that are super helpful, friendly, and respectful. Eva is the best part of this place, she builds a genuine connection with her residents and truly cares for them. Thank you, Tower Park apartments for making our two years so enjoyable. Big shout out to Eva once again! She is awesome:)”

The maintenance team was incredibly responsive and always went above and beyond to fix any issues I had in my apartment.Plus, the location of the apartment complex was unbeatable! It was so close to campus that I could walk pretty much everywhere I needed to go. My only thing was they can improve the elevator in the factory building. Rest everything is perfect!”

“Got accepted to A&M and don't have familial financial support?Do you need 4 walls, a roof, electricity and water?If yes, this is the place for both you and I. This is one of the cheapest and convenient places to live. The new units are very nice--not luxury---but nice.You won't have a washer and drier, but you also don't pay for covered parking. You'll live next to the stadium and have a bus stop right across the street.The new management is really trying to make this a nice community. They had not a great foundation from previous management, but you can tell they are really trying. The management isn't trying to make your student life any harder, so try to not make their terrible either--- looking at you sweating cat girl.If you're chill and not high maintenance, you can make this a nice home for yourself.”

“So glad we ended up renting here! Everyone is super friendly and kind. Not a whole lot of students so it typically stays pretty quiet. It’s not necessarily luxury, but the prices are very affordable compared to other options in the area! Billy and Kristi (sry if I spelled ur name wrong) are both super kind and helpful and do a great job as well as other staff members! We’re planning to resign our lease tmr :)”

“I needed information about my living situation for next school year, so I went to The Standard College Station front desk. I was given help by the sweetest front desk lady, I believe her name was Lily. She was nothing short of energetic and enthusiastic while providing me with every bit of information I needed, and even showing me around a little bit. Although a bit pricey for me personally, the location and staff at The Standard makes it well worth it for those who can afford it.”

“Loved living here! Right next to a relaxing park that you can walk to. The staff was very tentative to everything I needed and always so helpful. The apartments are very spacious and affordable! It's the best deal in College Station. Only reason I am leaving is I got a job that is taking me out of town.”

“I have had a good experience living here. I see some other reviews may have had bad experiences, but I would say most people are happy living here. My friends and myself renewed and I know plenty of residents that have too. No place is perfect but the maintenance and management really care about resolving issues. It is an older community but you get much cheaper rent that the newer places, and when things break, maintenance fixes it pretty quickly. The amenities are incredible, even better than some of the newer apartments out there, especially the gym and pool. Overall I am happy here and would recommend it to students looking for affordable apartments!”

“The Barracks has been my home for the last 3 years. My time here has been great except for the freeze of 2021, those were some truly dark times. However, the Barracks management group were always kind and I liked the fact that they organized events that were extremely fun. “I called to get prices today and was highly impressed by the property manager Raven over the phone. She had so much patience with my million questions lol. She made me feel so comfortable over the phone, felt like we been knowing each other all our life. She gave me so much details about the community and what they offer and was so eager to have me come out to see some units. I can honestly say out of all the places I have called she needs to teach phone customer service. “We moved our youngest son into NorthPoint Crossing today. He moved into building 6 and it couldn’t have been any smoother. It was very well organized. The welcome team was extremely helpful and went out of their way for us a few times.”
