College students working there were pretty helpful and knowledgeable. You are shopping off the rack, no custom butcher available. Not sure if you can call in a custom order. Prices are comparable with local meat markets. Sales can be pretty good. Meat quality is excellent

Got a summer sausage, delicious. Lots of variety but not consistent availability.

The meat here is cheaper than in grocery stores, at least for pork and lamb, especially when it is on sale. The beef jerky is better than I expected, even though it was a bit salty.
