“It is always a pleasure shopping at our local HEB. The staff are friendly and helpful us get in and out fast.

Their selection is second to none and the produce section is as big and as beautiful as your local farmers market.

The very best part of HEB is their commitment to buy from farmers and growers within our state.

Well done HEB, well done.”

“Very cool place. The atmosphere is wonderful with a huge tv and great sound. They have seating upstairs and downstairs which are both outside. We have gone to watch the Aggie football game and enjoyed it. They have food and drinks available either in Brookshire Brothers or cooking on the grill at Stage 12. The two places are basically the same with a short walk inside to get food.”

“College students working there were pretty helpful and knowledgeable. You are shopping off the rack, no custom butcher available. Not sure if you can call in a custom order. Prices are comparable with local meat markets. Sales can be pretty good. Meat quality is excellent”

“Dustin gave me the best customer service experience I have ever received at any grocery store. I was looking for a protein powder in the healthy living section and he gave advice on the different options for plant-based powders as well as which were most popular and which he had tried. I was so pleasantly surprised and ended up saving so much time with his recommendations!”

“Has a decent selection of Asian items. The place looks a bit cluttered, though. It's difficult to communicate with some of the workers as they mainly speak only Mandarin, but one worker was kind enough to try to use Google Translate.”

“Stopped at shop and go Food Mart on the corner of George Bush drive. Bought a lottery ticket and won $500. The owner was a great nice person. He had a packet of game I was looking for and he brought it out. They were very polite and very nice. Very clean, store, honest, good people. I give them a five star. I highly recommend to shop. Keep small business alive”

“This place is alright for sure. Definitely some good finds that you won't otherwise find locally or online. It's definitely kind rough around the edges though. Parts of the business are there sitting empty, sort of like one of those liminal space horror settings. Be mindful of expiration dates on products as well as the actual price tag of an item, there is for sure some discrepancies. You can you can bring an item up to the front to check the actual price. Also keep in mind that a lot of products are in foreign labels with no English, so be careful what you are buying.”

“We were on the road traveling and had to stop for the restrooms. The story is very crowded I'll wise. There is not a lot of space between the aisles. The restroom was clean.”

“I was able to find some steaks I wanted, the manager was suppose to get back with on ordering some more. Haven't heard from him it been awhile. Maybe very busy.”

“Really great store! Clean and upgraded gas station from Shell to Sunoco with good bathrooms and great products. Honestly the cleanest and best organization I've seen at a gas station tbh. They even carry Indian groceries so if you're an international student missing home; they have a lot items and they're walking distance from campus! The other reviews are making me laugh bc ppl are mad that gas prices are going up in the world/are bots but as a girl this is my go-to gas station bc they have bright lighting and the cashiers and owner are super nice girl dads so it feels safe. They even helped me put air in my tire a few times when I didn't know how.”

“9.14.23 Wow, I actually really like this Walmart. So many Walmarts are sketchy. This one was clean and tidy. They were well stocked on everything. They had a lot of Halloween decorations and candy already. I will make the drive to this Walmart. Which says a lot.”

“This Walmart is large and well stocked, making it easy to find most everyday items in one stop. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The restrooms could use some improvement, and during busy holiday seasons the store can become a bit messy. Overall, it’s a convenient location that carries a wide variety of products and serves the community well.”

“It might feel kind of tight along some isle but there is plenty of room to move around for the daily necessities people shop for you know. They on DoorDash Too... They are legit”

I would reccomend them.”

“This review has almost nothing to to with gas prices, let's just skip right to the grocery and food selection. After living in College Station for almost 7 years it's become easy to determine where International students live. Perhaps due to social networking in the last two years everyone from South America lives at Z Islander, and for the whole 7 years everyone from India lives on Northgate and College Main. I have always given rave reviews to Summit Mini Mini Mart on South College for being the #1 Indian Grocery store; It's a "hidden gem" like my friend Andre said. I will rank Zip 'N Shell station as #3 as best selection of Indian food. I actually spoke with the owner after he messaged me on Yelp and he was a very kind, respectful and fun person to talk to. He listened to my concerns about overcharging students for gas, and illegally charging tax on food items like potato chips. Bottom line is, this store has an outstanding selection of Indian food items. The selection of Asian / Indian food items is the third best I have ever seen in BCS. #1 is BCS Asian Grocery Food Mart; #2 Mini Mart As far as charging tax on potato chip bags, that's actually illegal in Texas as chips are considered food, and more often than not foreign investors will take that extra money from consumers and fail to report it to the US Treasury. A sad and simple fact. So if they try to charge you sales tax on food (which HEB does not do), tell them that Greg D said to tell their owner that that is wrong and to stop. Cheers.”

“I had an excellent experience with Bobby at Kroger’s! I asked him where an item was, and instead of just pointing me in a direction, he personally walked me all the way there. He wasn’t completely sure of the exact spot at first, but he immediately asked another employee to make sure and then took me straight to the product and helped me find it.

That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. Bobby mentioned he’s worked for Kroger for 40 years, and it truly shows in his professionalism and kindness. He was extremely friendly and a pleasure to meet. Kroger is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring employee!”

“This is the best store and gas station in the area. If you would like a certain item, they do their best to stock that item, always has a kind word to everybody and I'm proud to call this little store 5 stars. Thank you guys so much for being so kind.”
