Very convenient, inexpensive, responsive maintenance and staff. Due to the age of the property you can expect a few quirks but the maintenance can get this fixed rapidly.

The location is great and it is close to HEB and other shops. The office staff are very nice and they can always take care of maintainance requests quickly. It is a great experience for me living here.
